You are good enough just as you are, and your videos are good enough just as they are as well <3 Sending you so much love. I, myself have been dealing with a chronic illness (CFS, vestibular disorder (extreme dizziness), light sensitivity, the most insane circadian rhythm disorder etc) for around 2 years and I totally understand this. I'm not where I was when I was healthy quite yet but I've been making progress especially thanks to acupuncture(weekly acupuncture has helped massively), vagus nerve stimulation, Somatics, brain retraining (limbic system retraining) and biofeedback treatments like Cereset (which helps get you into your parasympathetic nervous system & can measure which state your nervous system is in). I highly recommend the Raelan Agle UA-cam channel as I felt hopeless before finding it--but taking the advice on her channel has really helped me make progress. It's truly been an isolating and difficult journey and I understand how difficult it can be dealing with people who can't recognize your limitations due to the illness being invisible. The videos on social media with the perfectly clean house and the perfect decoration and the perfect looking girl clicking her fingernails all over everything? And gullible people see them and wish they had that “perfect” life. Those videos are bullshit. They’re a tiny fraction of someone’s life that is probably a daily struggle and we shouldn’t compare ourselves to it. Somebody told me once, “Aim for no zero days. Even if all you did today was make your bed, that was a task accomplished. You did something.”

I have two friends with lupus, plus a cousin and a friend with multiple sclerosis. I’ve struggled with severe anemia and uterine fibroid tumors. I also have depression, anxiety and panic attacks. Some days I can deal with it and I’m actually somewhat productive. Other days I can’t even get out of bed, I’ll have zero mental or physical energy or I’ll be out somewhere and suddenly have a panic attack. I make excuses to avoid social events because I’m afraid I’ll have an anxiety attack and forget ever having a relationship. There are days when I can work in the garden, and others when I don’t leave the house for days at a time. I often feel like a failure because I can’t do some things like I used to. And it’s hard to feel like you can achieve anything when your biggest accomplishment for the day is to shower and make breakfast. That’s it, a shower and breakfast, that’s your mental and physical energy for the entire day, which is then spent in bed because your mind and body can’t handle anything more. I try to make adjustments to my chores, I’ll break up a project into several smaller tasks and do a bit each time until I finish. If it takes me a day, or three weeks or an entire season, but I try not to beat myself up because I didn’t finish it in one day like someone else would. I keep telling myself that it won’t always be this way. Hope gets me through every hour. ❤️‍🩹🥄

I would love help with my primer please! I am 44 with severely dry skin. If my foundation is full coverage, it doesn’t feel like it spreads very easily despite the skin prep and seems to settle in the pores on my nose. It doesn’t feel like the foundation behaves this way if it is light to medium coverage.

Love this video! such a great natural look. I would say though, please , please do a video on the relationship between Primer, Concealer and Foundation? Primer changed my life and I would love to see something on that for others as you are seriously the best teacher out here.
